Information for ePrisma customers

The development of our new e-store has progressed to a phase where, in addition to the customers in the Tartu region, customers in Tallinn who order home delivery and select the "Click & Collect” service at Kristiine Prisma, can now use the updated ePrisma website with a refreshed design and improved functionality.

You can currently log in to the new ePrisma using your Smart-ID and Mobile-ID. We will soon add the option to log in with an ID-card. Until then, ID card users can use the previous version of ePrisma, where login is done using the personal identification code and password. Konto customers earn bonus money from purchases made at both the old and new versions of ePrisma.

After placing an order, you will receive a link for feedback. We encourage you to share your thoughts and suggestions about the shopping experience and ease of use of the new platform.
