Konto is a simple and convenient loyal customer programme linked to your ID card or the plastic Konto card. Konto earns you up to 3% money back on every purchase. You can add up to two family members to your Konto to earn the Konto bonus together and use the Konto discounts.

How can I join Konto?

You must be at least 16 years old to join Konto. If you want to use Konto with your ID card, register the card on Prisma’s website and then enter your details. Also, do not forget to subscribe to the newsletter to be up to date with new offers every week. If you want, you can add up to two additional users to your Konto, so you can earn more Konto bonus together. All discounts associated with Konto will be valid starting on the day after the registration of the ID card on the Konto portal.

Who is the plastic Konto card for?

If you do not have an ID card and/or an e-mail address, but still want to earn a bonus on your purchases and use the discounts of a Konto customer, you can purchase a plastic Konto card at Prisma information desk. Please note that compared to the Konto linked to the ID card, the options of the plastic Konto card are limited. The ePrisma and PrismaEkspress handheld scanner cannot be used with the plastic Konto card, and if the plastic Konto card is lost, the bonus collected on it will also be lost. The Konto card costs 1 euro, and up to two cards can be purchased and linked to it for additional users.

Please note that you can only use Konto one way or the other – with an ID card or a plastic card. You cannot use both at the same time, as your purchases will be split between two different Kontos then and will not benefit you in any way when it comes to collecting Konto bonus.

How do I add additional users to my Konto?

If other members of your family are also doing some shopping, it is reasonable to group them all under one Konto because together, you will collect more Konto bonus. You can add up to two additional users of at least 16 years of age who have already joined Konto, to your Konto. To do this, log in to your Konto and send them an invitation to join. The additional user will receive a confirmation e-mail and must log in to their Konto account via the link in the e-mail to confirm their joining to your Konto. If an additional user has accumulated a bonus on their existing Konto before joining your Konto, they must use the bonus up before joining your Konto because if they become an additional user, their previously accumulated bonus will expire.

Please note that the additional user will collect the bonus on their purchases to your Konto, but will not see the bonus balance and will not be able to use it. The additional user will not see the purchases made by other users associated with the same Konto, either. If an additional user wishes to become the primary user of their Konto, you must remove them from your Konto or ask them to write to konto@prismamarket.ee so that we can remove them.

Why subscribe to the Konto newsletter?

If you join Konto, you can also subscribe to the weekly e-mail newsletter. In the Konto newsletter, we share special offers for Konto customers, as well as the latest news about Prisma’s products and services. You can unsubscribe from the Konto newsletter at a later date or, if you change your mind again, you can simply log in to your Konto account and indicate whether or not you want the newsletter.

How do I use my Konto in Prisma?

Always remember to register your Konto at the checkout before paying for your purchases. To do this, first enter your ID card or plastic Konto card in the payment terminal and only then pay for your purchases. If you do not register your Konto, we will not be able to register your Konto bonus and you will not be able to add the purchase to your Konto afterwards.

What is Konto bonus and how can I earn it?

Konto earns you up to 3% money back on every purchase. The Konto system is month-based and has three levels, which means that the more you buy in a month, the higher your bonus percentage will be. So remember that every purchase counts, and together with the additional users, you will collect even more bonus. Register your Konto account with each purchase and add up to two additional users with whom you can collect the Konto bonus together.

The Konto bonus is calculated on a monthly basis, i.e. on the purchase amount of one month, and will be transferred to your Konto by the 3rd day of the following month. The Konto bonus is valid for 12 months and when you use it to pay for your purchases, the bonus you have collected the earliest will be used up first. You can see the amount of the Konto bonus and the level of the current month both on the purchase receipt and when you log in to your Konto account. You will receive information about the expiring bonus on the Konto portal and in the monthly Konto bonus balance notification e-mail if you have subscribed to it.

Which products will not earn me Konto bonus?

Please note that you will not earn Konto bonus on alcohol and tobacco products, deposit packaging and information desk products (e.g. gift cards, bus tickets, event tickets, lottery tickets, phone cards). So, if you buy a loaf of bread and a bottle of beer, for example, the bread will earn you Konto bonus and the beer will not. However, if you buy a bottle of lemonade, the lemonade will earn you bonus without the cost of the deposit packaging included. Seems complicated? Don't worry, Konto will do all of these calculations for you.

What other benefits does Konto offer you?

Konto customers have many good offers available in Prisma, and the weekly Konto newsletter helps keep an eye on the offers. To take advantage of the offers and discounts, register your ID card or the plastic Konto card at the checkout before paying.

What is a Konto customer's birthday discount?

If you have your birthday coming up, we will give you and your additional users a birthday discount so that you can celebrate. Three days before and after your birthday, all clothing and footwear items (men's, women's and children's clothing, underwear, socks and stockings, footwear and accessories) will be 15% off for you and your additional users, and all tarts, braided breads, cakes and pies (except Fazer Bakery products) will be 10% off. The Konto customer's birthday discount is valid for the main user and additional users at the time of the main user’s birthday. There is no discount at the birthdays of the additional users.

How to use Konto bonus to pay?

Konto bonus is money that you can use to pay for your purchases at Prisma stores in Estonia. You cannot withdraw the Konto bonus in cash. If you want to use the Konto bonus to pay at a regular checkout, please tell the cashier before you start paying for your purchases. The bonus can be used both in full and in part. For example, if you have a bonus of 50 euros, your bill is 20 euros and you want to pay 5 euros out of the bonus, tell the cashier and the cashier will deduct that amount from your bonus balance.

You can use the Konto bonus to pay for any purchase amount, even less than 1 euro. However, we ask you to pay 1% of the total bill yourself. For example, if your bill is 89 cents and you want to pay for it using the Konto bonus, you only need to pay 1 cent.

It is even easier at the self-service checkout – just select “use bonus” from the screen and then pay the amount indicated on the screen. At the self-service checkout you can only use the bonus in full and cannot use it up in part.

Which products cannot be paid for using the Konto bonus?

You cannot use the Konto bonus to pay for information desk products (e.g. gift cards, bus tickets, event tickets, lottery tickets, phone cards).

How do I close my Konto?

We value your privacy. If you want to close the Konto linked to your ID card, log in to the Konto portal and select “Delete Konto”. To close the plastic Konto card, return it to the Prisma information desk and tell them you want to close it. If you are unable to close your Konto account yourself, send us an e-mail at konto@prismamarket.ee and we will do it for you. If you want to close the Konto of a deceased loved one, e-mail us a copy of their death certificate and we will help you.
