How to order and edit
ePrisma is an online grocery store where ordering is convenient and simple. You can do your grocery shopping at beta.prismamarket.ee. It's a good idea to start ordering by logging in. When logged in, you will receive Bonus for your purchases, and your orders will also be saved for shopping lists or customized recommendations.
1. Enter the address where you want your order
By entering the address, you will find all the delivery options available to you. For example, you can order home delivery to your home or to the nearest pick-up point in store that is most convenient for you.
2. Choose the delivery method and time
You can order your purchases by pickup or home delivery. For pickup and home delivery, you'll see a comprehensive range of delivery times. You can conveniently change the delivery method according to your different needs!
3. Fill your shopping cart
This is the most fun part of your shopping trip: use your shopping lists, pick favorites or check out what's new. When you select a product in the shopping cart, you can also leave product-specific wishes for the picker. Maybe you want to ban product substitution or you like certain types of bananas. You can easily see the amount of your shopping cart all the time.
4. Submit your order
Review your order details and choose whether to pay by debit or credit card. The final amount will only be charged to your card after picking has been completed. So make sure you have enough funds on your card at that time.
5. Edit your order
Quite a few of us think of the missing item in the cupboard just as the order has been placed. After placing an order, you can easily add or remove products or change the delivery time until the time stated in the order confirmation. You can edit the order , for example, from the link in the order confirmation email.
You can't edit Express Orders after you submit your order!
6. Take it easy
We will deliver your order to the pick-up point of your choice or to your doorstep. We will always inform you when your order is picked up or arrived. See you soon!
Your chosen delivery or pickup time will remain booked for 15 minutes or as long as cart modification is actively in progress. If you close your browser without placing an order, the time you choose will be freed up for others to book.
Hint! If your order contains an exceptionally large number of individual products, you should place the order no earlier than 2–3 days in advance. You can also check availability in the store.

Does the store I choose affect which products I can order?
Yes, as picking is done on site at the store of your choice. The selection varies slightly from store to store.
Can I change stores even if I have already collected goods in the shopping cart?
Yes, you can do it. Please note, however, that the selection varies slightly from store to store. If the product you have already picked in the shopping cart is not available in another store's selection, you will see it as a notification in your shopping cart.
Can I take advantage of my previous ePrisma orders?
Indeed! Once logged in, you can conveniently copy the list of products from your previous order directly to your shopping cart and use it as a basis for a new order. You can also pre-build shopping lists of your favorite products.
Can I save my favorites?
Yes, when logged in, you can save, view, delete and add your favorites to your shopping cart by clicking on the heart in the top corner of the product card. We do not use information about your favorite products for other purposes.
How do I find my previous orders?
Once logged in, click on the human figure icon in the top right corner of the page and select Orders. On the Orders page, you can see your active orders as well as orders you have previously placed in the new ePrisma online store. You can copy any of your previous orders to your shopping cart. If you would like more information about data processing, read more in the privacy policy.
I have already placed an order, but I would like to add something more. Can I edit my order?
You can edit many of your orders! Home delivery and pick-up orders can be edited until the time indicated to you in the order confirmation email. You will not be able to edit express orders after placing your order.
Edit your order on one device at a time. You can edit or cancel your order until the time stated in the order confirmation. Once logged in, you can edit your order directly from the order confirmation page or the Orders page. You can also access your order via the order confirmation email sent to your email. After you submit your updated order, your changes will have been saved when you receive a new confirmation email.
How do I cancel my order?
Open the order confirmation received in your email and click Edit Order. The order page of the online store will open for you. You can cancel the order and confirm the changes. You will also receive an email acknowledging the cancellation of the order.
