The promotional prices of the products are valid when the time of order picking is within the validity of the campaign.

When you select the option "Card payment online", you can pay for your order by debit or credit card. Please note that you can only fill in the exact details of your card after clicking the "Place order" button. Fill in the information and save it.

At this stage, we check the card details, but we will not make the final charge until the products have been picked.

Yes, you can do it! You can enter your debit or credit card details by selecting "Use a new debit/credit card" at checkout. You can also see the option from the menu by clicking the name of the card you used before. You can enter the card number, expiry date and security code on the payment page after submitting the order.

If you have a combination card (debit/credit), you can usually find the debit number on the back of the card. As a tip, the debit number of the combination card has its own three-digit security code.

The prices of our products in the online store are exactly the same as in the store at the time of picking. On top of the low prices, you only pay for picking, delivery and packaging materials. You can see the prices for home delivery and pick-up when you choose a delivery time.

You will receive Konto Bonus for your order if you are logged in. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add bonuses afterwards.

The bonus does not accumulate for purchases made to companies or paid with a company card.

You can save your payment card information at the checkout of the online store when paying. However, you must be logged in to save successfully. You can save multiple payment cards and choose which one you want to use at checkout. You can change your payment card until the end of the editing period indicated to you – you can see the time in your order confirmation.

If your payment card is a so-called combination card, there are debit and credit sides of the card. Most combination cards have a debit number and CVV security code on the back of the card.

This is something that anyone can forget. We do not place an authorization hold when placing an order, but you must make sure that there are enough funds on the card on the day of delivery. Sometimes it may happen, for example, that an automatically charged fee is ignored and the balance is no longer sufficient on the day of delivery. Also, make sure that your card doesn't have any restrictions that prevent you from paying.

Banks are now able to assess whether an online purchase can be accepted without customer identification. Separate identification is no longer required for every purchase. From time to time, however, you will need to identify yourself, just like when paying in a store with contactless payment. This ensures that your payment card has not fallen into the wrong hands.

If your order contains products to be weighed, such as fruits or vegetables, you will see an estimate of the price of the product when placing your order. The final price will be known when the products are weighed during picking.
