Collecting Konto bonus
How can I log in on the new ePrisma site as a Konto customer?
You can currently log in to the new ePrisma using your Smart-ID and Mobile-ID. We will soon add the option to log in with an ID-card. Until then, ID card users can use the previous version of ePrisma, where login is done using the personal identification code and password.
Can I also earn bonuses when shopping in the new ePrisma?
Yes. If you have joined the Konto loyalty programme and log in to the new ePrisma (using Smart-ID and Mobile-ID), you will also earn Konto bonuses on your purchases. If you do not have Smart-ID or Mobile-ID, you can use the old ePrisma until the ID-card login option is added. You can log in to the old ePrisma using your personal identification code and password, and you will also earn Konto bonus on the purchases made in the old ePrisma.
Availability of stores
Why are not all stores available on the new ePrisma platform?
We will be gradually opening stores in the new ePrisma throughout the autumn. Initially, the Tartu region is available, but we are working toward ensuring that during the autumn all regions will be available on the new ePrisma platform.
Where can I see when my store is available in the new online store?

Availability of products
I have noticed that some of the non-food items are missing on the new ePrisma platform. Will they be added soon?
We are still working on the development of the new platform and some non-food items may be missing at the moment. We are actively adding them and our goal is to ensure the proper availability of the products in the autumn.
What should I do if I can't find a certain product in the new ePrisma?
If the product you are looking for is not available, please check back later as we are constantly updating our product selection. If you need a product urgently, we advise you to visit a brick and mortar store.
The existing old online store and the earning of Konto bonus
Will the existing old ePrisma platform remain open until the new online store is fully launched, and can I buy from there to earn Konto bonus?
The old ePrisma platform will remain open until the new platform is added the option to log in with an ID-card. You can currently log in to the new ePrisma using your Smart-ID and Mobile-ID.
