Using up last week's leftovers and stocks.
- Breakfast: oatmeal porridge
- Lunch: vegetable cream soup with herb croutons
- Dinner: forest mushroom risotto (we have risotto rice in cupboard and mushrooms in the freezer), banana bread from ripe bananas
Tuesday
SHOPPING DAY, take the list along!
- Breakfast: banana bread (from the day before), apples, Greek yogurt
- Lunch: arancini from last day's risotto
- Dinner: spaghetti bolognese, rocket salad
Wednesday
- Breakfast: banana bread, Greek yogurt, oranges
- Lunch: spaghetti from the previous day, with fried egg, ham and spinach
- Dinner: fried trout in teriyaki sauce, green onion, rice
Thursday
- Breakfast: oatmeal porridge, sandwiches
- Lunch: wok dish of rice and frozen vegetable mix
- Dinner: tex-mex: tortillas with chicken, red beans, guacamole, tomato and onion salsa, spinach
Friday
- Breakfast: avocado and tomato sandwiches, fried eggs, orange, smoothie
- Lunch: hummus, carrot sticks, couscous with herbs (couscous from the cupboard)
- Dinner: Asian-style meatballs, rice, kimchi, steamed broccoli
Saturday
- Breakfast: eggs, toast, ham, tomato (from the greenhouse), apples
- Lunch: minced meat sauce, mashed potatoes, tomato salad, pickles
- Dinner: chili chicken wings, coleslaw from cabbage and carrots, home-made brioche buns

- Breakfast: Pancakes with apple jam and Greek yogurt, smoothie
