Technology helps preserve the freshness

The food safety system immediately alerts you when an ingredient needs to be replaced, ensuring that only the freshest ingredients are available.

The ingredients are covered with a lid to protect the food, and each salad bar also has a touch screen where you can get additional information about the ingredients if interested.
