Can I trust that the quality of the ordered products will be the same as if I picked them up from the store myself?
Yes, you can. Our trained staff will collect only the freshest products and the best quality for you.
First orders of the morning
Please note that freshly baked breads arrive at the store during the morning. Unfortunately, for the first orders in the morning, we cannot guarantee the availability of all breads.
Will I be notified if a product is missing or replaced?
Yes, once your purchase is packaged, we will send you an email. You can immediately see if a product is missing or has been replaced. We will only replace the product if you have given us permission. Possible changes to your order may include:
- Product has been replaced - The product has run out of stock in the store or the selling time of a product in the store is too short.
- Product missing - The product you ordered is out of stock or the sale period is too short, but you have not given us permission to replace it. In rare cases, it may also happen that there is no product to replace.
- The quantity has changed – There is less product in the store than what you ordered. If you have given your permission, you will receive the rest as substitutes.
How do I choose a replacement?
If the product you ordered is out of stock in the store and you have allowed replacement, we will find another product that matches the price and quality of the missing product as closely as possible. For example, we choose a product that we know tastes as similar as possible. Of course, we know that some product criteria are particularly important, for example when it comes to diet. That's why we've made a great list of guidelines for ourselves:

Can I make sure the products I have selected for my order are available?
Our stores have a wide selection, and we always strive to fulfill your wishes! However, we will tell you on our website if a product has poor availability. So, you can easily predict which products we will collect for you.
If you have placed an order far into the future, you can check the availability of the products and make any changes before we pack your purchase. You can also leave your wishes regarding product replacement – this way we can always bring you the most suitable products.
Why can't you get all the same products from an online store as from a store?
We collect all online store purchases from our stores, but unfortunately not all store products are included in our online grocery selection. We always select products for our online grocery store with product availability and smooth deliveries in mind. Feel free to tell us your own selection wishes, for example by leaving us feedback – we will implement the wishes we receive as best we can.
